I feel so sad. We found a house sparrow sitting on one of our nest boxes that had blue bird babies. Checked it and all the blue bird babies are dead on the ground. I hate house sparrows. I used to feel bad crushing the eggs and killing their babies but not anymore. I would feel so much better if what killed them weren’t house sparrows, like if it was another native bird or snake, but no it’s just stupid house sparrows. If you feel guilty about killing house sparrows or their eggs/babies, here is your sign to not.
