[Printing] why are my prints turning yellow? And why is it happening so fast?

I’m getting ready for my first art market/craft show. I’m printing my own prints at home with Canon pixma 200s. It’s been hell, but I finally figured out all my settings to get everything to look correct. I’m printing my watercolor/colored pencil pieces on Palo duro etching 315 from red river paper. Everything prints out perfectly fine. A few weeks (probably 2 or 3) I pinned one up on my cork board. I noticed today it looked really yellow, took it down, and checked the back to compare its whiteness. The back was significantly whiter, but the edges were yellowed. I checked another print that was on shelf: yellow but not as yellow. And then one that was completely covered remained the original whiteness.
Can someone tell me why this is happening? I can’t sell a print that is going to turn piss yellow after 2 weeks. I’ve got a lot of work lights in my studio, idk if that could be it. The window is occasionally opened but not always. I live in Florida, so maybe humidity? I really don’t know, so any advice would help. Thanks!

Update: thanks so much for the replies everyone, I really appreciate it. I contacted red river and I think we figured it out. I realized that I’ve been burning scented candles in my small studio and with the inkjet paper, the particles are absorbed much quicker/more efficiently than regular paper. And I always have a candle going, so it does make sense. So I’m going to ditch candles and see how the paper holds up. Thanks again!
