I cleared all 3 rounds at Nagarro for data engineer position there was Coding round, Virtual technical interview, Offline techno-managerial round

After my final round, HR called me and confirmed that I had cleared all the rounds and said that they would release my offer letter soon.

Now it has been more than 2 weeks since the final round, and I still haven’t received any offer letter. The worst part is that HR has completely ghosted me, no replies to emails, calls, or messages.

I just want to know if anyone else has faced something similar with Nagarro recently. Do they usually take this long to release offer letters, or should I assume they dropped my candidature?

This whole situation is honestly very frustrating.
