Time to pump some positivity into this sub.

Some of you may be Pistons fans who adopted the team from afar, so let me tell ya something. Detroit isn't just a city, it's a mentality. This city was down in a bad way for a while, but it was full of tough SOBs who helped it rise up and made it better than ever. We talk about the "beat your ass" mentality but man that last game's live chat was embarrassing the way we carried ourselves. Won't lie, made a couple Duren jokes but love that guy still. Cade missed every God damn three he took but my faith in our floor general isn't gonna waver.

When we get punched in the mouth, pushed down, beaten, and bruised, we get up and punch back every time. You didn't hear me just now. Every. Fuckin. Time. We don't quit in Detroit. We wanted our team to take on that identity so I think it's only fair that for tonight, you set aside your doomer bullshit and represent this proud city the way it deserves to be represented. If you're not from here, this is how we do things. This is the mentality of the city and right now, we ain't acting like it.

Remember what a fun time this regular season was, hold your head up, and for the love of God do not act like a bitch. If we lose, we lose. What a season regardless. We had an MVP candidate and a COTY candidate to the tune of 60 FUCKING WINS. This is proof that when we are at our lowest, we rise. So get your best buffs on, tell your neighbor what up doe, and get a square pizza because this is gonna be a game. Do or die. We're either about it or we're not.

Edit: Told y'all.
