I just sold my dollars and bought gold, I'm here just waiting for June 17 for the FOMC, I'm betting on his rate cut after his recent statements from November about AI that can act as a disinflationary force, any thoughts? (I know I'm betting against market consensus)

PS I know I missed out on 4-5% cash yields in the short term but I'm betting that he'll cut rates, similar to the 1990s with Greenspan (he didn't cut rates but instead held them), and Warsh believes that AI could also do the same but instead of holding rates like Greenspan he'll probably cut rates despite the 6% PPI using AI as the justification, I also hold equities in VWRA and Index funds that make up the majority of my net worth.
