Hi, I recently started using a cleanser with salicylic acid and niacinamide and since then my skin has broken out a lot. I’m getting small red pimples with whiteheads that appear really quickly, go away fast, but keep coming back nonstop.
It’s mostly on my cheeks and chin. My skin looks irritated but its not dry. Before this, I was already using a 2% salicylic acid cleanser without issues.
Does this sound like purging or more like a bad reaction? Should I keep using it or stop?
