Dienogest (progesterone only and night sweats)

Hey! i have suspected endometriosis and got put on dienogest 2mg (progesterone only) pill last august, and couple months after that started getting night sweats and theyve been getting worse to the point i wake up drenched in sweat multiple times at night, even when my room is cold
has anyone else experienced this? im stressing like hell and doctors wont even take a normal labs, and they dont know if its caused by the dienogest
