Parent with removal order? Mine just got hit with $1.8 million CBP civil fine
Posting this as a heads up fam. My parents have a removal order and they got "Notice of Violation and Order" civil fine for $1.8 million.
This the CBP/DHS fines they started sending last year. The letter is DHS Form 281 and requires payment in 30 days, has the A-numbers and everything's legit. I can attach the form if y'all want
Still shocked tho cuz fym pay $1.8 million with the audacity of an instant pay QR code lmao! I might just pack up atp gang, I can see them pull this playbook on our assets if they get rid of DACA
