If your US citizen petitioner is incarcerated in state or federal prison at the time of your interview, what happened to your case? Were you approved or denied? Did you send in a waiver ahead of time? I’m just curious if there are any success stories when it comes to US petitioners unable to attend with their spouses due to them being in prison? Thanks!
