I had 3 interviews for a remote role, 1 with the recruiter, 1 with hiring manager and 1 with the hiring manager plus 2 other team members. My final interview was 5/16 and they did mention they are interviewing other ppl. I reached out to the recruiter on 5/24 and asked for an update bc I did not hear back and she responded in like 4 mins with the following response:

"Hi (my name),

We are still in a waiting mode. I promise to be in touch very soon ☺️

Best,

(interviewer name)"

It's now 5/30 and I still haven't heard back. Is this a sign I didn't get the job?
