I don't have chronic pain, but I have a few friends with chronic pain, and I need to figure out ways to support them without being preachy, awful, condescending, sounding fake, or overly positive. (that probably makes me sound like a bad person, i'm not very good with comforting people)

I've been getting my friends their favorite snacks and bringing them trinkets and necessities, but that is starting to fall short due to financial issues.

What are some other things I can do to help friends who have chronic pain?
