Done 3/4 interviews and I don't feel good about it

Hi everyone! I was looking for some motivation or advice to get through this period between interviews and acceptances/rejections. This is my second year applying to PA school. The first year, all I got was a waitlist to interview at UManitoba (did not get off the waitlist). This year, I worked extra hard to get diverse HCE/PCE and paid much more attention to my application. I applied to four schools (UofT, Mac, UManitoba, UCalgary) and was lucky enough to receive interviews at all four. When I received my invites, I got my hopes up for an acceptance. Now that I'm 75% done my interviews, I can't say I still feel the same.

The interviews I've already completed were just ~okay~. I don't feel particularly amazing about any of them, but I also don't feel like any of them went terribly.

I'm heading into my last interview which is in-person and has several components, and I'm expecting this one to go worse than my vMMIs, which were comparatively much less stressful. I know I shouldn't think that way, but it is difficult not to sometimes.

How is everyone feeling about their interviews so far? And how does everyone deal with the stress of the waiting game? Trying to keep my expectations realistic, but don't want to delve too deep into negativity either.
