Hi all. I was represented at ET. However I let my solicitor go due to his poor service. He has since made things difficult for me. This includes not providing me the 16 digit reference number for the case. Is there any other way I can get this? I have deadlines coming up in regard to the respondant who is in the process of amending their ET3. Also if I instruct new solicitors are they able to get this reference number and access to the case on the portal without having to go through my previous representative? Thanks
