I'm wondering if any past SQE 2 takers can provide some guidance on the extent to which getting all the FLK details are correct is key to scoring high marks in the SQE 2 assessments?
I feel as though my structures and language were all alright, but I know now that especially in Legal Writing and CMA, I either missed some of the more detailed FLK points, or I mis-stated the relevant law / rule. To what degree do SQE 2 markers consider this as an important element of the assessment, compared to the client focus, structure, application, etc.?
