Hi guys! I recently moved to Melbourne from Brisbane and from those that know a thing or two about Vietnamese food - Inala plaza was the place to go for good Viet food (particularly my pho!!!). Does anyone have any recommendations of places that tenderise their beef in their pho tai’s, use lime instead of lemon and don’t water down their hoisin sauce in Melbourne? Thanks a million 🤍
