Guest leaves bad review after leaving early
Hi all,
I have a situation with a recent guest that I want to see if it needed to be handled differently. Had a couple book my property for 30 days, one of the longer options I have available for my property. I have a strict non cancellation policy for long stays. Well guests arrive, everything is going well, and I get a message from them saying they need to leave early and are hoping to get a refund. I respond saying that I have involved AirBnb and state that they should do the same. They check out and I never hear anything back from AirBnb, or from them.
They just left a review saying I was dishonest and lied to them about de listing the property and gave me a one star review saying I took their money. Is there anything I can do about this? I’m feeling really frustrated that they signed up knowing about the policy and now are publicly bashing me and my property.
