I paid for initial post OPT pp and it is almost like 3 weeks (15 business days) since the clock started, but I have not received any notice or update about the biometric appointment while some ppl here whose clock started later than mine have already gone to the service center.

Any idea or advice on this case? Where should I contact? I already tried to call the pp service center representative line and emailed them.
