I wanna give more context to my oc who's really just a genderflip of Bittergiggle.
Name: Sweetwail

Lore:
She was originally planned to be the queen of the kingdom over Queen Celia. Her personality is leaning on being tomboyish, emo, and was meant to train young girls to still follow their passions and dream careers despite the masculine prefference for some jobs and sports.
The staff loved her personality but she didn't pass the approval phase. Reasoning being that she was too violent for kids, the facility was kinda sexist (bare with me here, m'kay?), and they preferred an actual gentle queen that had the men do all the dirty work instead.
But instead of just saying she's permenantly not ready for presentation, or closeting her like Flumbo. They instead literally killed her, via staging an accident with Toadster in order for Syringeon to have the excuse to extract her organs for better usage.
As for Bittergiggle himself, he witnessed all of this, and fell for the staging. This made him hold a grudge against Toadster and also traumatized him. This is headcanonically what drives Bittergiggle to make Queen Bouncelia laugh, despite knowing the consequences. To get revenge for the sister the facility took from him.
