Neighbors Bank
Hello all! Interested in getting into this field. I applied for Neighbors Bank late last year and got rejected after doing the self-recorded video interview questions. Was told I can reapply after 6 months.
I reapplied and was once again rejected today. However, this time I was told I dont have to wait six months, I can reapply AFTER the current hiring round ends (which is in June).
Does this mean maybe im closer to possibly moving to the next step than I was my first application? This time they actually left me a reason - "we have decided to move forward with other candidates whose responses provided a clearer picture of how they would perform in the role and in future phone or video interviews with our team."
The first rejection I was kinda just told "its highly competitive".
Any tips for these video interviews? Never done this for a job. Maybe im making a mistake during. Thank you!
