I placed a order for two cables for my Teverun 7260r on the website minimotors.fr, order done on 15th May and paid on 17th, its now 25th and they dont confirm the order, send my any information of ahipping or reply to my messages, it seems this company rips off customers, or at the very least have a very slow shipping process and awful customer service, can't imagine buying a expensive scooter with them and being stranded. FYI the parts were marked.as on stock, so i expected immediate deliver after payment.

I have bought some scooter parts from china on alibaba and aliexpress and never had issues, first time i order from a european company this happens...
