I'm 60+ hours in and have never experienced a crash. I am playing on a Rog Ally X running Bazzite Linux, so for all intents and purposes a Steam Deck.
I have just collected the third microchip by hammering the vase in the entrance way. Inserting it in the console in Blackbridge Grotto makes the game fade to white. Music plays suggesting a transition. It never returns control or visuals, just continues to play audio.
I have replicated this on 4 separate runs: collecting the sledgehammer, smashing the vase, inserting the chip in the console.
I do not know if this is consistent when played on a Windows device, and I do not know if this comes post-April patch as I hadn't played the game in a good few months and only just reached this point with the chips.
Is anyone in a position to check if they experience the same? I know this would need a very particular setup so it may be a big ask!
