Have we forgotten how forums like these are supposed to work?

If you have a bug, complaint, request, etc. you should search to see if there is already an existing thread talking about the issue and then add to that discussion.

Why do people feel the need to create yet another thread about an issue that has many posts already created recently, and usually already has an explaination and/or work around for the exact same issue ?

I am just adding to the problem a bit here by creating a thread but it feels worth mentioning. I feel like the old man yelling at the children in his sidewalk, but learn some internet etiquette.

We don't need 20 threads a day for each and every issue, bug, or complaint.
