I'm Thamma, born and raised in Bangkok, and I run Dern Collective — I do free city walks because I love this city and want to share the parts of it most people walk right pass.

This Sunday we're heading to Yaowarat. You think you know Chinatown. You don't. Behind the neon signs and the street food crowds, there's a neighbourhood with layers most people never reach — old clan houses, shrines tucked into alleys, and stories from Bangkok's earliest days that are hiding in plain sight.

3.5 km, 1 hour 30 mins, completely free. Spots are limited to 8 so it stays a small, relaxed group.
