Had this printer for a long while, but barely use it. Somehow, I have this issue where it thinks it does not have paper. It does. I know it's probably something with the hinge or sensor. I cleaned the sensor but I'm afraid to take it apart to look at it mechanically.

I did email support but no response at all yet.

I'm at my wits end. I still have a ton of paper I haven't used and I don't want to buy a fresh baby when its this possible to just break??? Hopefully not broken.
