Songs with lyrics that vaguely or ambiguously refer to mental health struggles and/or self-harm?
Any genre. Looking for songs that, to the average person, upon first listen may not seem to be about mental health struggles, but that someone who is suffering or someone taking a deeper listen can find references to failing mental health, self-harm/elimination.
