Hey all! I'm planning my first cruise to Castaway Cay next year, and contacted support to confirm finisher medal availability for the 5k. They replied with "based on availability" etc.

I'm sure they have to say that, but has anyone ever not received the medal (or heard of others) after completing the 5k? I'm an early off the ship type for port days, so I'd likely be one of the earliest to finish the course.
