Ideas for a craft fair in the dark?

Hi,

The non-profit I work for is holding a craft fair later this summer, as part of a bigger event. I am responsible for the craft fair part, but not for choosing the venue. The person who booked the room does not come from an arty background and has chosen a venue that is so dark - it's a bar, painted black, with no natural light, not even bright house lights. My heart sank when I saw it! I can't imagine people buying much in the dark.

Can you suggest ways to add lighting to the stalls to give these vendors a chance?

Many thanks in advance!
