I just got a job as a Stocker at Walmart and I asked someone who I warmed up to if the employees must meet a quota or if it's more of a, "Keep busy and you'll be fine." type of deal and he said it's the latter. I have autism and my processing power is not as strong as it should be so I don't want to risk losing my income if it's a quota job. I have informed my People Lead of my disability and I will probably talk to her about Sedgwick soon. I just basically wanted to know which of the two it is.
