I want to show my employees much younger then me why to invest and be financially secure. Looking for help.

TLDR: I would like resources to give younger people resources to know why to invest to get ahead later in life. Not how to invest, but why.
I am a manager to a wide range of different people. The older folks have life figured out but the young ones are far from having a life plan but also work a low paying job. I spoke “at” them about starting to prepare now for financial freedom, later in life. I started late and am really having to focus on it, but if I started investing at their age, I would be on easy street right now. They don’t have the time or bandwidth to research stocks or real estate investment or anything like that, but they can easily contribute a small amount every couple weeks into a managed account.
What resources should I give them to help hammer in the value of investing now and consistently?
