Im a front end team lead. I started in dairy, moved to AP after 7/8 months then to a team lead a year and a few months after. I’ve been stuck at FE TL for a year and a half now. after I went to academy the coaches there were blown away with my knowledge of businesses in general I’ve been putting applications for coach in for a year now and not one call for an interview. I have an expansive resume and I went to college for sport management which is basically business management with more laws to learn. What am I doing wrong?
