Hello! There are no up or down buttons on this panel. I’ve managed to luck my way into increasing the temp but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to lower the temperature.

Does anyone know how this panel works? I got this used so I don’t have the user manual and every time I google it the answers just tell me to use the up and down buttons.
