K11 Max went bonkers, how to extract low profile Gaterons?
Can't pull out low profile Gaterons, what am I doing wrong?

The back of the switch wiggles, but the front won't budge. They make it look so easy here: https://youtu.be/jqpPk54HCaE?t=19
TS;DBEER (Too Short; Didn't Build Enough Emotional Rapport):
Win key was triggering on press, besides release. Took off the cap, blew around it and brushed with a tootbrush. Next thing I know a dozen keys are malfunctioning (triggering twice after a delay, or not responding unless I press them many times or leave them pressed a couple secs). Reset with Fn2+J+Z for 5 secs, but same.
I remember having problems with NKRO before, perhaps I enabled it by accident? There's no binding to toggle it, weird, there used to be one in the defautl config; I set one, but doesn't matter, the tester still registers 10+ keys pressed at once (though only two appear in a text editor). Seems Keychron made NKRO permanent for some keyboards in some firmware update? https://www.reddit.com/r/Keychron/comments/1j092s2/comment/ml0wljn/
If it's not NKRO, gotta be dirt. I take out all the caps and go for a full dusting with microfiber cloth, and magically most keys come back to normal, except W, R and right Space. Try extracting W to test swapping switches, but break one of the transparent clips in the struggle...
Holy cow I only wanted to stop the Windows menu poping open every time I use a Win chord. I'm starting to realise mechanical keyboards are the down jackets of peripherals. xD
Anyway, any tips so I can swap switches so I no longer have to forever back away on Fortnite would be appreciated.
