Hi all,

I have lived +7y in the UK and over the past 5y I have around 700 days absence.

The majority of this was to take care of estate abroad. I explained this in my application.

However, when it is time to submit documentation, do I just submit the standard documentation or also proof that I was managing estate due to the death of a person in the family and planned to come back?

Guidance says that I have a shot if I have up to 730 days absence if I lived in the Uk for at least 7 years. It does not say i need to submit extra evidence only that all the other requirements need to be met and that I have established a home in UK

I've worked for a UK company the whole time and paid all taxes, but I didn't have a UK rental lease during the time I was away. I have a lease now.

So should I upload evidence related to my absence or no need, and if they need something they will contact me?

Thanks
