So the 29th of April I paid for shipping on my 11kg haul (spent over 700$ on the haul and shipping) and until today the package has yet not been packed, I thought it was due to Chinese Labor Day which has since passed and no updates since. Lots of rumors of Oopbuy shutting down etc and they’re starting to get to me, I am really paranoid I wasted so much money on this just for it to not arrive. I have loads of things I was expecting to prom which is 10th of June. I have contacted support 10 times plus just to realize they don’t even read what I say just keep saying “we have urged the staff to prioritize ur package”, will I even get it or not and if they do shut down will they ship my parcel at least?? I am scared
