Iv really enjoyed 2026's latest horror release iv already seen it twice. One small detail I noticed that really keeps bugging me is the shop where Bear gets the one wish willow is called the green man which references a woodland god in folklore.

I dont think its a coincidence that later on in the movie the entity that possesses nikki has animalistic movements during her outbursts, and doesn't understand that cooking the cat is wrong. Does anyone else feel like this is intentional or am I reading into something that isnt there?
