Baby was born at 36 weeks with severe IUGR hes not eating by mouth yet and still in his isolate due to low weight. My milk supply has decreased. I pump every 3 hours and get only about 30 ml per session. The baby gets fed 32 ml through NG every 3 hours. I spent only 15 minutes in the nicu yesterday because we dont have anyone to watch our oldest on the weekends. How do you keep supply up without being able to do skin to skin or spend a lot of time with the baby. I am so stressed about not being able to keep up with his feeds already.
