Figured I would share a positive service experience since most of the EV9 battery and ICCU posts here seem pretty rough.

I recently got the dreaded “Battery Issue Detected” email saying charging had been limited, along with the EV system issue alert. Took it to my local dealer and they told me up front it was probably going to need a full battery replacement, which they confirmed the next day. They got me into a loaner and somehow had the battery ordered, installed, and the car back to me in 8 days. I also had the driver seat clicking/shifting issue when turning, and they replaced the driver seat track system while it was there.

I know Kia service gets a bad rap, but this went way better than I expected based on some of the stories I’ve read here.
