Red eyes/dry eyes

I’ve had dry eye for years. I’ve tried so many things to get it under control. My main symptoms are chronic red/pink veins- which may be permanent at this point. Burning feeling along with sandpaper feeling. I’ve had autoimmune blood tests, all negative, hormone blood test all looked fine, vitamin levels checked, allergy testing done, genetic testing done, sleep apnea test- all looked good. I used restasis, Cequa, xiidra, steroids, tyrvaya, meibo, tryptr, ast, PRP, hot compress, cold compress, omega 3s, flaxseed, diet, supplements, ipl, Lipiflow, prokera. I don’t have access to much more treatment wise locally. Which is depressing. The burning & constant redness have really impacted my self esteem lately to the point where I don’t really leave the house unless I have too. Is this just how it is now?? I need to learn to accept it? Can nothing help? It’s so depressing and I can’t seem to move forward and accept this.
