Two other woman and I rent a home in Frisco from Summit Resort Group and our experience has been horrible. The woman who runs the company is very shady and is never returning calls nor emails. The maintenance man they send over to fix things *looks* like a convicted pedo and is very awkward. Our home has had mold, water damage and a leaking window and they just tell us to deal with it. Easily the worst rental company in county.
