around what time during the day do queens offers come out today? idk if i should stay up and refresh the portal o

I got accepted into Carleton and Guelph mech eng but I really don't want to go to either. How difficult would it be to transfer out after first year to somewhere like UW or Mac, and would I have to redo courses?

would any deferral/alternate offer emails come later, or would they have been on the same day as my rejection letter?

mech eng for both. got rejected from mac and probably western too, and queens isn't looking too good..

so in the likely case that I get no other offers, which of the 2 should i choose?

for context im in mississauga. carleton is offering 12k over 4 years and guelph only 3k entry
