[Landlord US-MI] Do you use AI to help manage your properties yet ? If so what ? Hearing lots of hype
Bought my first rental 4 years ago, been struggling with maintenance requests, juggling quotes providers etc. Seems to be a mess and don’t really know what’s going on at my properties (have 3 now). Would be cool if there were a tool like this, heard of any?
- Automate maintenance requests / getting quotes
- Track maintenance so big repairs don’t hose you
- Store all your property info and be able to ask the ai historical questions etc tell me about my water heater when was it last serviced
Thoughts ? what tools do you currently use?
