Is supplement timing a real problem, or did I build this just for myself?

I built StackMyMed because my wife and I have two huge shelves of supplements and medications at home.

At some point, it became impossible to track everything from memory:

- when to take each thing

- what needs food

- what should not be taken too close together

- what we stopped using and why

So I started building a small app for organizing the routine.

First it was just tracking.

Then I added interaction analysis and warnings.

Now I’m working on timing: when it makes more sense to take different things during the day.

It is not a medical advice app.

The goal is to make the routine clearer and help people know what to double-check.

The funny part:

an Astro tool made this niche look possible, but now that the app is live, I’m shocked by how hard it is to show up for basic supplement keywords.

So I’m trying to figure out:

  1. Does this problem feel real to other people?

  2. Is “supplement timing” too narrow or too broad as positioning?

  3. If you take supplements regularly, would you use something like this?
