Hi everyone, I would like to transfer photos from my iphone to my laptop. I tried copying/cutting and pasting them into folders, as well as importing them through the pre-installed Photos app, but none of that worked. Please suggest me a solution. I want to transfer all of my old Iphone to my laptopt (and then to external hard drive which I have solely for this purpose) so I can start fresh using my new IPhone. Thank you so much!
