So I'm late for applying csc type B for language learning . Is their any university or provincial scholarship that provides almost fully funded scholarships for learning basic chinese language? What are the requirements and how to apply?
I only have 2 recommendation letter from assistant professors but they have done PHD. My department in my college was new and only had assistant professors. All Chinese universities ask for recommendation letters from associate or professors so will my application be rejected if I only have letters from assistant professors?
Why do scholarship require a guaranter from China? Like I don't know anybody from China so what should I write in the column of "Guaranter charging your case in China"? Can I write NIL?
