I am looking for some input. My current booking was from Orlando to Nuremberg, Germany, with a short layover in Frankfurt. I booked this ticket as one-way through Lufthansa and my return flight home is through IcelandAir. Once in Nuremberg, I was going to take the rail to Munich.

• MCO to FRA: lands in Frankfurt at 11:10 AM
• Original landing time at Nuremberg was 2:20 PM, but that flight was canceled and they are trying to rebook me for a flight that lands at 5:50 PM.

Since this is booked one-way....are there any issues if I just dont get on the second flight from Frankfurt to Nuremberg and instead, just take the rail from Frankfort directly to Munich? This gets me to Munich much earlier. We are not checking bags and will just have a carry-on and backpack.
