I read Gone To See The River Man and I still don't know how to feel
So like the title says, I read Gone To See The River Man by Kristopher Triana and I just- I don't know what to do with myself. When I started it, I thought I knew where the plot was going to go, how it was going to turn out, and then I got to page 79 and I literally had to stop reading. And then the book just went downhill quite a bit and when I finished reading it, I gave myself the night to digest it, you know? And its the morning after but I still ask myself what the fuck I just read 😭 Did anyone else read it? I just need to know I'm not alone in my 'what the fuck' feeling about the book, I think it's more like a train going off rails; I think I knew where it was going and got thrown right off as it spiraled down and down and down and the actions of MC got worse. I just need to discuss it with someone because holy SHIT
