"RTO Is Becoming a Real-Estate Strategy – Not a Workforce Strategy" - PIPSC
Someone was asking where the unions are on this. Do press releases count?

I'm at ISED (not WFA affected) and applied for ERI on day 1. I recieved an email on April 8th saying that there were two approval waves planned, April 20 and May 15, and more would be added if needed. I did not recieve a decision today and my ERI application is still pending. Anyone else in this boat?
The best explanation I can come up with is that they are still approving WFA affected employees and I've been bumped to a later wave that they've added. Just surprised given that I applied day 1 and uptake is apparently low.
Edit: I suppose another theory is that they had assumed they would get enough people to justify a 2nd wave by May 15th and didn't so they decided to wait for more applications. That would be consistent with the nudges they've been sending for people to apply.
Edit 2: Darker and perhaps more likely take: they are trying to deny me and TBS is not having it. This might take a while.
