Hi! I am making an application for an academic job in the UK (it's a career development fellowship, fixed-term for 3 years). They ask you to demonstrate that you meet or that you have the potential to achieve the essential criteria/person specification. How do you demonstrate potential (since for some of the criteria I do not have 'hard evidence' based on my previous experience and achievements)?
