weight gain tips?
So i’ve been trying to gain weight for the past few years. I naturally have a very fast metabolism, and nothing i do seems to be helping. I’m in my teens, i’m about 157.5 cm and 39 kg. I just want to get to an average weight where i feel confident in the clothing I wear while actually having body weight to burn and turn into muscle. All i’ve heard when expressing this desire is to “eat protein” or “do you work out consistently?” etc. Which are all valid questions, but I do all of that. I eat good, protein rich and balanced meals, and I eat good snacks too. I work out 3 times a week, and since it’s summer, it’ll be more. if anyone has any tips, like, GENUINE tips, I would really love that. I just want to feel confident in my body and not constantly having people worried for my health.
