Looking for new rub ideas
Every time I go to mix up a rub I instinctively end up doing some variation of paprika, garlic and pepper. salt if I didn't dry brine. Sugar if it's indirect
What to try out some different things. Anyone got anything tasty they'd share with a pretty new griller?
Probably do thighs the most but happy to hear about a rub for any cut of any meat.
